Jimmy Jones is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and public safety communications. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Product Management at CentralSquare Technologies since August 2019, Jimmy leads the CentralSquare Enterprise Suite product organization, delivering premier public safety software solutions. Previous roles include Manager of Product Management, Product Manager for CAD Enterprise, and Product Manager for CAD Pro, where initiatives focused on enhancing user experience and driving revenue growth. Prior to CentralSquare, Jimmy worked at RED Center from November 2008 to August 2019, where responsibilities included supervising 911 center operations and managing CAD databases.
