Therese Mendez

Therese Mendez has extensive experience in support and customer service within the technology sector. Since July 2005, Therese has held the position of Senior Support Analyst at Sungard Public Sector, focusing on online and phone support for the Click2Gov product. Concurrently, Therese serves as Team Lead Product Support at CentralSquare Technologies. Previously, Therese worked as Support Manager at AutoPower Corporation from 1998 to 2003, where responsibilities included providing training and support to customers. Therese holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Central Florida, earned between 1981 and 1986.
