Benjamin Goldstein

Benjamin Goldstein is a distinguished professional in the field of psychiatry and pharmacology, currently serving as the Director of the Centre for Youth Bipolar Disorder at CAMH since September 2020 and holding the RBC Investments Chair in Children's Mental Health and Developmental Psychopathology. Benjamin has been a faculty member at the University of Toronto since July 2009, advancing through the ranks from Assistant Professor to Professor of Psychiatry and Pharmacology. Prior experience includes directorship at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre and serving as an attending psychiatrist at UPMC, focusing on child and adolescent bipolar services. Benjamin earned a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Calgary and a Doctor of Philosophy in Applied Psychology from the University of Toronto, following a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.
