Carol Rowe

Carol Rowe has a diverse range of work experience in finance and accounting. Carol started their career as an Auditor at KPMG in 1991 and later worked as an Audit Senior at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1995 to 2001. From 2001 to 2004, they served as an Assistant Financial Controller at Renaissance Hotels. Carol then joined Sandals Resorts International as an Internal Audit Manager in 2006. Carol worked as the Assistant Director of Accounting at The Salvation Army Territorial Headquarters from 2008 to 2010. Carol then took on the role of an Accounting Manager at Newcomer Centre of Peel from 2010 to 2016. Currently, they are the Director of Finance Operations at CAMH since January 2021.

Carol Rowe has a CPA; CGA degree from Chartered Professional Accountants Ontario, obtained by 2008. Carol also has an MBA in Finance from Alliance Manchester Business School, earned between 2004 and 2007. In addition, they hold a professional designation as an ACCA from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, earned between 1991 and 1995. Carol also completed a business education program from CAST/ UTECH (Tech. Ed.), although no specific degree was mentioned. Carol is currently pursuing the Rotman-Odgers Berndtson CFO Leadership Program at the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, with an expected completion in 2023.
