Jouni Muranen

Jouni Muranen is an experienced professional in the field of defense and preparedness, currently serving as Preparedness Coordinator at ELY-keskus since January 2021. Prior roles include Chief of Air Force C4IS at Air Force Command Finland from March 2018 to December 2020, and Deputy Director of Joint Systems Centre within the Finnish Defence Forces from December 2016 to March 2018. Jouni Muranen also held several key positions at the Joint Systems Centre and Finnish Air Force Materiel Command, demonstrating a strong background in air systems, plans, and C4ISR systems.
