Dr. Alpesh Ahir

Dr. Alpesh Ahir has extensive work experience in the environmental consulting and research field. In 2013, they founded and served as the CEO of Climate Care Environment Consultant, where they were responsible for various tasks related to the Gujarat Pollution Control Board and CSR projects. Their work included land restoration, desertification, ecology profile, vulnerability assessment, sustainable development, heritage conservation, SIA, climate change education, and more.

Prior to founding Climate Care Environment Consultant, Dr. Ahir worked as an External Consultant at Cept University from January 2013 to April 2013.

Dr. Alpesh also worked as a Research Associate at Environn Consulting Service from January 2011 to December 2012, where they conducted research in the field of environmental consulting.

Their educational journey culminated in obtaining a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Climate Change Impacts Management from Gujarat University, which they completed from 2016 to 2021.
