Ritobrata Ghose

Postdoctoral Researcher at Centre for Genomic Regulation

Ritobrata Ghose is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Centre for Genomic Regulation (CRG) since August 2019, focusing on cancer drug resistance and evaluating new treatment strategies, leading two independent projects from conception to pre-clinical applications. Ritobrata also contributed to adapting CRG into a COVID-19 diagnostic facility, serving as Junior Team Leader. Prior experience includes roles as a Master Thesis Student at Imperial College London, where research involved novel assays for basement membrane invasion and the impact of FGF2 on cancer cell signaling, alongside work as a Research Assistant studying stem cell patterning in C. elegans. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Oncology and Cancer Biology from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and a Master's degree in the same field from Imperial College London.
