Emmanuel Nana Appiah Qua-Enoo - BCom(Hons), MCom, CA(SA), begun his career with PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC) where he specialized in the audit of Financial Institutions (Banks and Insurance Companies), and later transitioned to consulting within the Public Sector Practice of PwC with specific emphasis on Internationally Funded Institutions (IFIs). With 22 years of experience, 18 of which has have been in Managerial/Executive/Board level roles, Mr. Qua-Enoo is an entrepreneurially driven person with immense experience across different sectors such as Internationally or Donor Funded Institutions and the Development Finance Sector, Pharmaceuticals and Health Care, Financial Services – Private Equity/Venture Capital, Insurance, and Corporate Finance and Advisory, Agri-Business, Energy, Mining, and Construction; and Hospitality.
Mr. Qua-Enoo has broad understanding of U.S Government regulations governing Foreign Assistance programs through its Agency for International Development (USAID), having worked at USAID’s Office of the Regional Inspector General (RIG) for Eastern and Southern Africa. Mr. Qua-Enoo has provided oversight of the Centre for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)and the National Institute of Health’s (NIH) National Institute for Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) Programs and have served as a Principal Investigator (PI) of a NIAID sponsored Capacity Building program in the past.
A qualified Chartered Accountant, registered with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants, Mr. Qua-Enoo holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degrees from the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal, a Master of Commerce Degree in South African and International Taxation from the University of Johannesburg. He is also an alumni of the Venture Capital Institute of the United States of America.
