Johnny Monroe

Johnny Monroe has a diverse work experience in the field of IT support and information systems. Johnny began their career as an IT Assistant at Pavletich Electric and Communications Inc., where they managed and maintained the network, troubleshooted issues, and provided support to users and servers. Johnny then worked as an Information System Specialist at the County of Kern - Aging and Adult Services, where they assisted in the management and maintenance of computers, mobile devices, and peripherals on the network. Johnny also handled incoming requests and tickets, as well as set up and tore down media devices for presentations, web conferences, and phone conferences. Johnny later joined Bakersfield Heart Hospital as an IT Support Specialist, where they provided support and assistance to the hospital's IT systems. After that, they worked as a Colorguard Coach at Shafter High School, teaching students the proper technique and skills for participating in local band and color guard competitions. Currently, Johnny works as an IT Support Specialist III at the Centre for Neuro Skills.

Johnny Monroe attended Kaplan College from 2008 to 2009, where they pursued a degree in Computer Support Technician. During this time, they focused on subjects such as Computer Science, Networking, Security, Design, and Troubleshooting.
