Leslie Hamilton

Leslie Hamilton has a diverse work experience in various healthcare organizations. From 2006 to 2013, Leslie worked as a Clinical Social Worker at Brackenridge Hospital, now Dell Seton Medical Center. In this role, Leslie provided assessment, counseling, and discharge planning to patients and their families. Leslie also initiated educational programs and collaborated with community agencies to meet patient needs. From 2013 to 2017, Leslie worked as a Clinical Case Manager at Texas NeuroRehab Hospital, where Leslie played a lead role in managing cases.
