Todd Smith

Todd Smith, MBA has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and operations management fields. Todd most recently served as the Regional Program Manager at Centre for Neuro Skills since June 2020. Prior to that, they held positions at The Buckeye Ranch, where they worked from 2012 to 2020. Todd served as the Assistant Operations Supervisor from November 2018 to June 2020 and as the Intensive Care Center Shift Supervisor from July 2015 to November 2018. From September 2012 to June 2014, they worked as the Operations Shift Supervisor.

Todd Smith, MBA, is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Business Administration from Franklin University, with an expected completion date in 2023. Todd previously completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Franklin University in 2020. Prior to that, Todd earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Relations and Business from Amberton University, where they attended from 2014 to 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Todd has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and expertise. These certifications include Digital Marketing from Cornell University (obtained in May 2023), Social and Behavioral Research from CITI Program (obtained in January 2022), Doctoral Leadership from Franklin University (obtained in December 2021), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from GoLeanSixSigma.com (obtained in April 2021), Certified Assisted Living Manager (CALM) from the TORCH - Texas Organization of Residential Care Homes (obtained in January 2021), and MBA Core Mastery from Franklin University (obtained in October 2020).
