Anognya P is a seasoned professional in the public policy sector with a significant background in programme management and capacity-building initiatives. Currently serving as a Programme Manager at the Centre for Public Impact since September 2022, Anognya previously held the position of Senior Associate at J-PAL South Asia, focusing on creating learning opportunities for government officials from January 2021 to September 2022. Anognya's experience also includes a role as a Student Volunteer at Innovations for Poverty Action and as a Survey Coordinator for NREGA Watch, where the Pragya Kendra Assessment Study was conducted. Earlier, Anognya contributed as a Legislative Assistant to Member of Parliament (LAMP Fellow) at PRS Legislative Research, providing vital research support.
