Abhay Singh Shekhawat

Abhay Singh Shekhawat is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in the field of human resources and people development. Currently serving as the General Manager of Human Resources & People Development at the Centre for Sight since September 2024, Abhay focuses on aligning HR strategies with business objectives and fostering a culture of growth and inclusivity. Prior to this role, Abhay held positions at Max Healthcare, functioning as Unit HR Head and Senior Manager of Human Resources, and contributed to Max Skill First Limited as a Senior Manager. Experience also includes a role in student engagement with One Step Up Education Services, where classroom programs were delivered across associated schools. Abhay started career development with a focus on learning and development at Max Life Insurance Company and Earth Infrastructures Ltd. Abhay holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Biotechnology from Rajasthan Technical University and a strong educational background from various Army schools.
