Sukanya Mondal

Sukanya Mondal currently serves as a Consultant in Vitreoretina and Cataract Services at the Centre for Sight since May 2023. Prior to this role, Sukanya held the position of Post Doctoral FNB VR Surgery fellow at the National Institute of Ophthalmology from February 2021 to February 2023 and worked as a Consultant Ophthalmologist at Bongaon Superspeciality Hospital between August 2018 and February 2021. Sukanya's educational background includes an MRCSEd in Ophthalmology from the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh, an FICO from the International Council of Ophthalmology, and multiple MS degrees in Ophthalmology from N R S Medical College and Nilratan Sircar Medical College, along with a DMRT from IPGMER, Kolkata, and an MBBS from R G Kar Medical College Hospital.
