Andalib Chowdhury is an experienced Employment Specialist at the Centre for Skills Development since July 2021, focusing on career coaching for various demographics, including youth, adults, refugees, and newcomers. With a substantial caseload of 150 to 200 clients, Andalib utilizes common assessment tools and manages the full-cycle recruitment process, achieving an 85% employment success rate. Previously, Andalib served as an Employment Coach and Placement Counsellor at the YMCA of Hamilton|Burlington|Brantford, assessing qualifications and developing action plans for clients while overseeing 80 to 120 annual caseloads. Prior roles include Learning and Development Consultant at CCBST, Learning and Development Specialist at North American International School, Research Associate at ASAAN, Soft-Skill Training Coordinator at NRG Management Consultant, and an internship at Standard Chartered Bank. Andalib holds a Master’s Degree in Strategic Human Resource Management from the University of Wollongong and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Marketing from East West University.
