Andalib Chowdhury

Andalib Chowdhury is an experienced Employment Specialist at the Centre for Skills Development since July 2021, focusing on career coaching for various demographics, including youth, adults, refugees, and newcomers. With a substantial caseload of 150 to 200 clients, Andalib utilizes common assessment tools and manages the full-cycle recruitment process, achieving an 85% employment success rate.
