Hind Kassem is an experienced professional with a diverse background in community development and education. Currently serving as a Newcomer Community Connections Specialist and Settlement Specialist at the Centre for Skills Development since July 2014, Kassem also works as an Arabic Instructor with the Halton Catholic District School Board and as a Community Volunteer with the Mosaic Foundation for Youth and Women. Previously, Kassem held the position of Director at Ajyaluna Centre for Education and worked as a Teacher at the American International School. Kassem's educational qualifications include an Honours Bachelor of Social and Community Development and a Social Services Worker Diploma from Sheridan College, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Lebanese University.
