Jocelyn Zangao [McKenna] is an experienced Employment Advisor at The Centre for Skills Development & Training since October 2014, where responsibilities include aiding a diverse clientele with employment barriers, conducting workshops on resume writing and job search techniques, and leveraging community resources to support client needs.
