Florence Boutry serves as Chargée de mission RH at CENTRE HOSPITALIER DE SAMBRE-AVESNOIS. Additionally, since July 2017, Florence has been an Animatrice cuisine végétale and conférencière at Flore's kitchen, offering ecological and health-focused culinary workshops in businesses and communities, emphasizing innovative approaches to plant-based and raw healthy cooking. Florence has also been the Founder and Animatrice culinaire vegan at Flore’s kitchen since August 2016, further promoting vegan culinary practices.
