Renée-Marthe Giard is the current Deputy Director of Unified Information System Human Resources & Payroll Management at Centre jeunesse de Montréal - Institut universitaire. Renée-Marthe has also held the position of Directrice adjointe des ressources humaines - SIURH at CIUSSS du Centre-Sud-de-l'Île-de-Montréal from September 2015 to May 2022. Prior to that, they were the Cadre supérieure aux communications et ressources informationnelles at CIUSSS du Nord-de-l'Île-de-Montréal from April 2015 to August 2015.
Renée-Marthe Giard started their career in January 1988 as a Conseillère en gestion at Hôpital du sacré-coeur de Montréal and worked there until December 1999. Renée-Marthe then joined Agence de la santé et des services sociaux de Montréal in January 1999 as the Responsable de l'administration de la direction de santé publique and held that position until December 2012. In January 2013, they were promoted to Directrice adjointe des ressources humaines et gestion de l'information, a position they held until March 2015.
Renée-Marthe Giard has a maîtrise en administration de la santé from Université de Montréal and a baccalauréat en administration des affaires with a focus in gestion des systèmes d'information from Université de Sherbrooke.
