Isabelle Gounod is the founder and director of Galerie Isabelle Gounod, a position held since 2004. Gounod serves on the Professional Committee of Art Galleries and as a member of the Paris Gallery Map association. From 2019 to 2022, Gounod represented the Professional Committee of Art Galleries on the board of the Centre national des arts plastiques. In 2018, Gounod contributed to IESA arts&culture as an art market lecturer for Master’s students. Previous roles include representation on the AFDAS Commission for graphic and plastic arts, and various production positions in documentary filmmaking with BBC and Reed MIDEM. Gounod's educational background includes degrees in art therapy and psychopedagogy from Paris V, along with studies at renowned institutions such as Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art and Cours Florent.
