Monuj Phukan

Monuj Phukan possesses extensive experience in the hospitality industry, particularly within food and beverage management. Currently serving as the Food and Beverage Manager at Hotel Centre Point since May 2022, Monuj has also held the position of Pre-Opening Operation Manager at Hotel Park Riviera since January 2017. Additionally, Monuj has contributed as the Pre-Opening Food Beverage Manager for Centre Point Group of Hotels, managing food and beverage services and operations. Previous roles include Operations Manager at Awesome Palace Hotel and Pre-Opening Food & Beverage Supervisor at The Leela Kempinski, Gurgaon, where responsibilities included leading the pre-opening team for the coffee shop and in-room dining. Monuj began the career as a Food & Beverage Team Member at The Park Hotels and has a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management from the University of Allahabad.
