Laure Neuville

Laure Neuville is the Founder and Managing Director of Zenon & Co, a company specializing in team coaching, music workshops, and individual coaching for leaders and executives since 2012. In addition to leading Zenon & Co, Laure serves as an Affiliate Professor at ESCP Business School, focusing on entrepreneurship and executive education, and teaches at HEC Paris Executive Education, where music is integrated into coaching sessions. Laure is also a lecturer at Centre Pompidou, creating training programs centered on trust and leadership. Previous experience includes co-founding Zénon Direct Marketing, managing marketing campaigns for prominent FMCG companies, and holding various leadership roles within Société Générale, AUCLAND, and Kering. Educational credentials encompass a Master of Science in Management from ESSEC Business School and several certifications in coaching and psychology.
