Help Desk Support Specialist at Centre Technologies

Khari Jarvis has a diverse work experience. Khari started their career as a Communications Specialist in the US Army from August 2013 to July 2017. In this role, they configured satellite communication networks, diagnosed customer complaints, and managed project deadlines.

Khari then transitioned to an IT Specialist role in the US Army from August 2017 to October 2020. In this position, they ensured IT compliance for global infrastructure services, including antivirus, license management, incident management, and security.

After leaving the Army, Khari worked as a PC Technician at Robert Half Technology in June and July 2021. Khari oversaw and maintained hardware and software systems for more than 200 computers. Additionally, they assisted with computer installations and replacements during a school district-wide upgrade and handled the disposal of laptops, tablets, and desktops. Khari also ran network cabling and configured devices to the network.

Khari then joined Live Mobile Technology Inc. as a Network Technician from November 2021 to August 2022. In this role, they ensured data security by performing account management duties, increased system efficiency by administering and managing Active Directory Services, and tracked and resolved end-user problems using a ticketing system.

Currently, Khari is working at Centre Technologies as a Help Desk Support Specialist, starting in August 2022.

Khari Jarvis earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Management from Strayer University. They attended Strayer University from 2018 to 2022. In addition to their degree, Khari obtained several certifications, including a Bachelor of Business Administration from Strayer University in December 2022, a Google IT Support Specialization from Coursera in June 2022, and a CompTIA Security+ ce Certification from CompTIA in September 2021.
