Julio Valdebenito

Julio Valdebenito is an experienced consultant and project manager specializing in digital customer experience and relationship management. Currently serving as Consultant - Chef de Projet at Vocalcom since March 2020, Julio previously held the role of User Experience Project Manager at APRIL International, overseeing digital project management focused on client interactions from November 2018 to January 2020. Prior to this, Julio was the Responsable Relation Clients at April International Expat from March 2012 to November 2018, leading a team of nine customer advisors in a multilingual and multichannel environment. Julio holds a Master 2 (M2) degree in Political Science and Government from the IHEAL Institute of Latin American Studies, obtained in 2006.
