Alexander Paul, CSM has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Alexander started their career as a self-employed Computer Technician, where they created a CRM system and integrated a POS system into patient files. In 2012, they worked as a Project Coordinator at Cloud9 Real Time, providing project scope and coordination between teams and clients. Alexander then joined Abacus Law as a Project Manager, overseeing projects from June 2014 to March 2016.
In 2016, Alexander joined Dexcom as a Network and Applications Specialist, where they assisted patients with technical issues and provided customer support. Alexander documented technical issues using CRM software. Alexander stayed with Dexcom until August 2019.
Since September 2019, Alexander has been working at centrexIT. Alexander started as a Support Analyst and then progressed to Support Analyst II. From January 2022, they assumed the role of Information Technology Business Analyst.
