Mike Hicks

Mike Hicks has over 18 years of work experience in various IT roles. Mike started their career in 2002 as a Technical Support Representative at Sprint Nextel and worked there until 2004. Mike then joined Biola University as a Technician in the Department of Instructional Services from 2005 to 2007. After that, they worked as a Senior IT Consultant at Cool Spring Consulting from 2007 to 2009. Mike then became a Self Employed IT Consultant from 2009 to 2012. From 2012 to 2014, they served as an IT Support Manager at Dedicated Media. Currently, they are working at centrexIT, initially starting as a Support Engineer from 2014 to 2015, then becoming an IT Manager from 2015 to 2020, and finally being promoted to Senior IT Manager in 2020.

Mike Hicks attended Biola University from 2004 to 2007, where they received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Prior to that, they attended Tyler Junior College from 1999 to 2000, with a focus on Computer Science. In addition, Mike earned an EMT-Basic certification from the State of California in April 2010.
