Jennifer Phillips

Jennifer Phillips has a varied work experience, starting in 2001 as a Foster Care Case Manager at Spaulding for Children. Jennifer then worked as a Foster Care Case Manager at The Children's Center of Wayne County and later as a Team Leader at Vista Maria. Jennifer also worked as a Grant Writing Assistant at Children's Outreach and as an Independent Contractor at Delta-T Group. In 2005, they became a Substance Abuse Counselor at Quality Behavioral Health, where they provided therapy and managed a caseload. Jennifer then worked as a Family Service Worker at The Guidance Center, where they managed a caseload of children and families and provided counseling services.
