Kendra Luke

Kendra Luke's work experience includes various roles in human resources and management. Kendra worked at Centria Healthcare as an Employee Relations & HR Compliance Lead from 2022 onwards. Prior to that, they worked at Speedway LLC where they served as a Human Resource Advisor, Centralized Recruiter, and Co-Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for tasks such as creating necessary tools for the team, leading internal investigations, managing disciplinary actions, and recruiting and hiring store employees. Kendra also worked as a Human Resources Intern at the Kalamazoo Chamber of Commerce, where they collaborated on revising the intern manual and managed recruiting for various positions. Additionally, they gained experience as a Dining Services Server/Trainer at Main St. Pub, where they trained new employees, developed strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrated multitasking abilities.

From 2009 to 2012, Kendra Luke attended Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Human Resource Management.
