Prior to this, Nicole served as a BCBA at CCRES Educational and Behavioral Health Services, providing behavior analysis services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Nicole previously worked at CentralReach, a leading provider of practice management software in the ABA industry, where they held various roles. As a Product Research Manager, they contributed to the development and evaluation of new products aimed at improving growth, affordability, and customer satisfaction. In their role as Sr. Product Compliance and Best Practices Manager, they focused on implementing privacy measures and delivering dynamic products.
