Timothy Yeager

Timothy Yeager has a diverse work experience, starting in 2008 at Firestone Walker Brewing Company where they worked as a Beer Revolutionary, promoting craft beer through tasting events. In 2010, they transitioned to Morris School District, serving as a 5th grade student teacher, providing differentiated instruction to a diverse student population. In 2011, they joined Fred S. Keller School as a Teacher, where they provided individualized education to students diagnosed with autism and also mentored student and credentialed teachers. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Teachers College, Columbia University, teaching Applied Behavior Analysis.

In 2014, Timothy took on multiple roles at Behavioral Sciences Institute, serving as the Executive Director and Clinical Director simultaneously. Timothy was responsible for the overall management and clinical direction of the organization. Timothy also served as a Professor of Special Education at California State University, Fresno, teaching part-time while being involved in research and academic activities.

From 2017 to 2018, they worked at Easter Seals Central California, holding the position of Deputy Director and Director of Client Services and Programs. In 2018, they joined Kepler Neighborhood School as the Director of Student Services, responsible for managing student services and support.

In 2021, they transitioned to the role of Chief Clinical Officer. Additionally, in 2021, they also joined Life Skills Autism Academy, as the Chief Clinical Officer, leading clinical operations.

Timothy Yeager's education history begins with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Mathematics from California State University, Fresno, which they obtained from 2008 to 2010. Timothy then pursued their higher education at Teachers College, Columbia University, where they completed a Master of Arts degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from 2010 to 2012.

Following their Master's degree, Timothy continued their studies at Teachers College, Columbia University, from 2012 to 2013, earning a Master of Philosophy degree. During the same period, they also enrolled at Columbia University, where they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, which they remained ABD (All But Dissertation) until 2015.

In terms of certifications, Timothy acquired multiple credentials from the New York State Education Department in 2012. These include Early Childhood Education (Birth-Grade 2), Multiple Subjects Credential (Grades 1-6), Students With Disabilities (Birth-Grade 2), and Students With Disabilities (Grades 1-6).
