Wilson Rojas has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Wilson started their career as a Telecommunications Manager at Banco Caja Social in 1993. Wilson then worked as an IT Manager at Banco Popular, where they were responsible for designing and delivering network and telecommunications projects. Wilson joined Telefonica Colombia in 2004 as the AMI-Compartel Project Operations Director, where they were in charge of planning, executing, and controlling a rural Internet and telephony project. Wilson implemented commercial strategies that increased the area's income and developed new business options for the unit. In 2006, they moved to Telefonica Telecom as the Head of Solutions Integration, International Services, and Standard Projects. In this role, they developed strategies based on ITIL and PMI for project management, improving the win rate and answer time for services. Rojas then joined Telefonica Movistar as the Corporate Customer Service Manager, focusing on improving customer satisfaction levels and loyalty. Wilson achieved a 28% increase in the customer satisfaction index. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at Axesat as the Director of Engineering Presales and Implementation, responsible for defining presales models and implementing provisioning services assurance. Wilson continued their career at Oesia, first as the Director of Latin American Operations and later as the Business Development Director in Peru. In these roles, they managed compliance with service levels, optimized project resources, and supported the redefinition of commercial strategies. Wilson joined VASS in 2018 as the Executive Business Manager, responsible for sales fulfillment, revenue goals, and profitability. Wilson then transitioned to the role of Gerente Comercial. Currently, they are a Regional Account Manager at Centribal, where they manage regional accounts.

Wilson Rojas obtained their Engineer's degree in Systems and Computing from Universidad INCCA de Colombia from 1982 to 1986. Wilson later pursued a Specialist degree in Telecommunications from Universidad de Los Andes, graduating in 1995. In 2007, they completed a Diploma in Organizational Leadership at Universidad de La Sabana. Finally, from 2010 to 2012, Wilson earned a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management from the Technological Institute of Monterrey Foundation in Mexico City.
