Emma's experience also includes roles at National Australia Bank, where responsibilities spanned customer advocacy and dispute resolution, as well as a Senior Manager position at Superpartners, focusing on service excellence for major superannuation funds. Emma’s early career included a Chief Operating Officer role at Australian Unity, overseeing various healthcare operations and compliance functions. Emma holds an Associate degree in Human Resources and Business Management from Deakin University.
