Sajjad Pashangi has a diverse work experience, starting in October 2013 with an IT Management Traineeship at KPN. After completing the traineeship, they worked as a Project Manager and later as a Manager Detachering, Fieldmanager, and People Manager at KPN until January 2020. From February 2020 to March 2022, they served as the Head of Telecom Infra for the Northern Netherlands at VolkerWessels Telecom. Currently, Sajjad is working at Centric as the Head of Project Management & Consultancy Retail Solutions International, overseeing teams in multiple countries. Additionally, they are responsible for the Retail Consultancy Team and the Project Management Team, ensuring smooth transitions and implementations of tailor-made software solutions.

Sajjad Pashangi completed their education at various institutions. Sajjad obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Beleid, Communicatie en Organisatie from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 2011 to 2013. Sajjad also completed a Master Policy, Communication and Organization degree and a Master of Science (MSc) in Social Sciences at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam during the same period. Prior to that, they earned a WO degree in (Pre)Master Policy, Communication and Organization from VU Amsterdam from 2011 to 2012. Before their postgraduate studies, Sajjad obtained a Bachelor of Applied Sciences (HBO) in Bedrijfskundige Informatica (Business IT) from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Sajjad has also obtained various certifications in areas such as VOL VCA, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, AgilePM Foundation, Facilitation 2012 Foundation, ITIL Foundation, and Prince2 Foundation 2009.
