Elyse Kretz

Elyse Kretz is an accomplished professional in talent management and organizational development with extensive experience in the retail industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice-President, Talent & Culture at Centric Brands since October 2021, Elyse previously held various roles at Macy's from August 2007 to October 2021, including Head of Talent and Group Vice President for several centers of excellence focused on learning, leadership, and talent engagement. Prior experience includes positions at Gap Inc. from 1988 to July 2007, where Elyse advanced through roles in training and development. Elyse began a career in retail management at Bloomingdale's and holds a NY State Regents Diploma in General Studies from Croton Harmon High School, complemented by studies at Berkeley College.
