Phil Swettenham enjoy helping organizations achieve strategic change by harnessing the power of their people.

He is the leader of the People and Change practice for Cleveland. He is blessed to work with a great group of people who are focused on providing extraordinary service to their clients.

They focus our attention on helping organizations drive adoption of their solutions and achieve a quick return-on-investment. Whether that is a technology platform replacement project, structural changes, cultural or team alignment or building change management capabilities of their own.

Prior to Centric I spent 30 years in a variety of business leadership positions in financial services, manufacturing and commercial organizations in Europe and North America, as well as aiding many companies in multiple industries as a strategic change consultant.

He is an avid outdoorsman; when not working with clients he spend most of my spare time roaming the Cuyahoga Valley National Park in any manner of pursuits – my moto is that He is happy to try my hand at anything, as long as it doesn’t require a rope or tether to keep me attached to the ground, or prevent me from hitting it.
