Jaime Laisure, MHRD, LLMSW, is an experienced medical social worker currently employed at Centrica Care Navigators since May 2021, where expertise is applied in care management and behavioral health interventions for patients with complex needs. Previous roles include serving as SPIRIT Project Lead at InterCare Community Health Network, focusing on integrated care models for PTSD and Bipolar Disorder, and as Case Manager Coordinator, ensuring effective team-based treatment plans. Additionally, Jaime has worked as a social worker at Atrium Living Center, promoting psychosocial functions of residents, and as an advocate for individuals with developmental disabilities at The Arc Community Advocates. Experience also includes program supervision at Allegan Enrichment Center, managing the care of individuals with diverse needs. Educational qualifications comprise a Master of Social Work from Rutgers University, along with degrees in Social Work and Human Resources Development from Western Michigan University, and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Illinois Chicago.
