Liesa Ottevaere

Liesa Ottevaere is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business management, project coordination, and sales across the energy and construction sectors. Currently serving as Business Manager for Optimisation at Centrica Energy Trading, Liesa has held various leadership roles including Head of Product for Optimisation and Product Owner. Prior to this, experience includes project coordination at Right Management Australia, driving employee engagement and workforce transition projects. Liesa effectively managed a sales team at Hilti Belux while contributing to substantial revenue growth and customer experience enhancement. Early career at Elia involved designing and implementing balancing and capacity mechanisms for the European and Belgian markets. Liesa holds a Master of Science in Engineering (Energy) and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering - Business Management) from KU Leuven.
