Thibaut Duffé

Thibaut Duffé has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years in various roles in the energy and finance sectors. Thibaut is currently the Head of Hedging Strategy at Centrica Energy, a position they have held since September 2020. Prior to this, Thibaut worked at Centrica, where they served as the Hedging Strategy Manager in the Energy Marketing & Trading department from October 2017 to September 2020. Before that, they were the Risk and Analytics Manager at Centrica from January 2015 to September 2017.

Thibaut also has experience working at EDF Energy as a Senior Market Risk Strategy Analyst in the Gas, Power & Emissions division from October 2012 to December 2014. Thibaut previously worked at ENGIE as a Quantitative Market Risk Analyst in the Oil, Gas, LNG & FX sector from January 2009 to September 2012. Thibaut started their career at Total as an Optimisation Analyst from September 2007 to December 2008. Prior to that, they worked at BRED Banque Populaire as a Quantitative Analyst from February 2007 to June 2007. Thibaut also had a trainee role as a Production Analyst at Saint-Gobain from June 2006 to September 2006.

Thibaut Duffé holds a Master of Science (MS) degree from Mines Paris. In 2007, they completed a Master of Science (MSc) in Quantitative Finance from the same institution. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Energy economics & Management at IFP School, which they completed in 2008.
