Stewart Cook has extensive experience in application support and service design within the energy industry. Beginning at British Gas, Stewart worked on implementing a consolidated file transfer service before moving on to roles at Centrica, where Stewart currently serves as the Head of Service Design & Introduction. Throughout their career, Stewart has demonstrated expertise in managing technical systems and adopting ITIL best practices for service management.
