Sales Director LATAM at Centrical

Genaro Magaña has an extensive work experience in sales and telecommunications. Genaro started their career in 1990 as a Jefe de Proyectos de Telecomunicaciones at Penoles Industries, where they were responsible for developing and implementing telecommunications projects for the entire mining group. Genaro successfully installed one of the largest satellite communication systems in Mexico.

After that, they joined Siemens in 1996 as a Gerente de ventas telecomunicaciones, where they continued to excel in sales and marketing roles. Genaro played a vital role in establishing a unique pricing policy and fostering a respectful relationship among distributors throughout the country.

In 1999, Genaro joined NEC Corporation as a Gerente de Ventas Telecomunicaciones. Genaro held various responsibilities in sales, marketing, logistics, and channel development. Genaro also had decision-making authority in pricing and product importation.

In 2003, Genaro Magaña joined Panasonic as a Director de ventas, where they held the position for almost two decades, until 2020. Genaro was responsible for sales, marketing, logistics, and administration of sales. Genaro successfully implemented a unified pricing policy and built a significant telecommunications network with over 2,000 recognized distributors.

Genaro's most recent work experience is as a Sales Director LATAM at Centrical, starting in 2021. Genaro is responsible for business development in Mexico and Latin America, including the launch, development, and management of local service offerings in the Latin American market. Genaro successfully introduced the Centrical platform in Mexico and other countries in South America, such as Colombia, Argentina, Peru, Ecuador, and Costa Rica.

Genaro Magaña attended the Tecnológico de Monterrey from 1985 to 1990, where they pursued a degree in Electronics and Telecommunications.
