Ajaya Sharma

Ajaya Sharma has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Ajaya started their career at Paracoat Products Ltd. as a Manager of HR & Administration, where they managed HR and administration for three manufacturing units. Ajaya then joined Dalas Biotech Ltd. as a Manager of HR & Administration before moving on to SAB Miller India. At SAB Miller India, Ajaya held the role of Unit HR Manager and later Senior Manager of Rewards & Remuneration. Ajaya was responsible for various HR functions, including manpower planning, talent development, performance management, and employee engagement. Ajaya then joined Centrient Pharmaceuticals, where they served as the Site HR Manager, BU HR Head, and currently as the Head of India HR Operations and India CSR Lead. In these roles, they handled a wide range of responsibilities, including HR operations, performance management, and CSR initiatives. Overall, Ajaya Sharma has extensive experience in HR management and has demonstrated their ability to lead and transform HR functions within organizations.

Ajaya Sharma obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) from Indira Gandhi National Open University from 1997 to 2000. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree in Physics and Electronics from Kumaun University from 1993 to 1995. Ajaya also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Physics, Chemistry, and Maths from Kumaun University from 1990 to 1993.
