Rakhee Sharma

Rakhee Sharma has extensive work experience in human resources, with a focus on learning and development and talent management. Rakhee is currently working as the Learning and Development Lead (Center of Experts) at Centrient Pharmaceuticals since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Business Partner at Fresenius Kabi from May 2019 to August 2022. Rakhee's previous experience includes roles such as Deputy Manager Human Resources at GSK Consumer Healthcare India from April 2018 to May 2019, and Asst. Manager-Human Resources at Nestlé India Limited from November 2015 to June 2017. Rakhee has a strong background in HR audits, talent acquisition, and employee life cycle management.

Rakhee Sharma holds an MBA in Human Resource & Marketing from The ICFAI University, Dehradun, which they obtained from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed a B.Sc in Biotechnology & Zoology from Goa University between 2005 and 2008. Their secondary education was at Kendriya Vidyalaya, where they pursued a Higher Secondary degree in Science from 2003 to 2005. In addition, they have obtained various certifications, including Inclusion & PoSH Certification from Rainmaker, Leading your team through Change from LinkedIn Learning, and certifications in training and coaching from institutions such as GSK Consumer Healthcare India, Metamorphosis Incorporated, and Nestlé.
