Purpose

The Practice Director, NetSuite has the primary responsibility to lead and build a world class team within the organization’s Application Management Team. This involves maintaining strategic direction, driving customer success and retention, ensuring profitable growth of the practice, quality of consulting delivery, and maintaining customer reference ability. The Practice Director develops strategy and plans to successfully implement operational policies and achieve business objectives and is accountable for managing and growing a significant revenue stream and customer base. They will have experience in managing a practice, leading teams, technology, a positive ‘can-do’ attitude, and a desire to grow their career with Centrilogic.

Reporting to EVP, Enterprise Application Practice, this position can be based out of any one of our office locations in US/Canada or remotely based out of US/Canada. However, there will be a requirement to travel to one or more of the Centrilogic offices as the need arises.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead NetSuite practice, grow the team, expand the size of projects, and set a strategy that can be purposefully driven to accelerate revenue growth.

  • Manage the P&L for NetSuite Practice.

  • Identify and help originate net new opportunities, qualify existing ones, engage in deals in flight to assist sales team in closing and/or progressing to next stage.

  • Build best in class implementation methodology that ensures flawless execution and delivery of projects consistently.

  • Manage demand utilization and allocation of team.

  • Partner with the Account Management Team, Sales Team, and Human Resources to provide the most qualified resources for our customers’ business needs.

  • Provide oversight on NetSuite projects to ensure governance and best practices are being followed.

  • Provide tracking and measuring team performance.

  • Engaging with customers to determine gaps in NetSuite landscape and proactively positioning and expanding footprint.

  • Lead NetSuite implementation projects from discovery to go-live, including project planning, requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and user training.

  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to develop and execute project plans that meet the client's business requirements and goals.

  • Manage the NetSuite consulting team, providing leadership, guidance, and support as needed to ensure the team's success and internal growth.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and NetSuite expert.

  • Provide subject matter expertise on NetSuite best practices, configuration, and customization options.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains, working with clients to implement changes that enhance their business processes.

  • Stay current on NetSuite updates, features, and functionality and advise clients on how to leverage new capabilities.

  • Act as a mentor to junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and expertise.

  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and of high quality.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of consulting experience, with a focus on NetSuite implementation, customization, and optimization.
  • Bachelor and/or Masters’ degree in a technical or business discipline
  • Experience managing and leading teams of NetSuite consultants.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering multiple NetSuite implementations.
  • Strong financial acumen, understanding the business drivers and how to effectively manage a P&L.
  • Experience leading geographically distributed, customer-facing implementation teams within dynamic fast-paced environments.
  • An authentic, engaging, and motivating leader who has led medium to large teams, effectively managed volume, and scale, and generated significant annual revenue.
  • A proven track record of developing the skills and careers of direct reports.
  • Experience in translating customer business requirements into workable software solutions.
  • Proven customer engagement skills and successful history of delivering, deploying, and implementing large enterprise SaaS or cloud-based technologies.
  • Experience managing and leading teams of consultants (onshore/offshore).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to travel.
