Brenda Crabtree

Brenda Crabtree is a prominent infectious disease specialist with extensive experience in the field of HIV/AIDS. Currently serving as a member of the Board of Governors for the International AIDS Society for Latin America and the Caribbean since August 2022, Brenda has held key positions in various organizations, including as a CRS coordinator for the AIDS Clinical Trial Group in Mexico City and as an Infectologist at Centro Médico ABC. Brenda is noted for leadership roles, having previously served as the local president for the IAS 2019 World Conference on HIV Science. Academically, Brenda holds multiple medical degrees from esteemed institutions, including a specialization in Infectious Diseases and Internal Medicine from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. Additionally, Brenda contributes to medical education as a teacher of Infectious Diseases at Universidad la Salle.
