Mary Elizabeth McCulloch is a dedicated medical student at Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine since July 2023, building on a robust background in bioengineering and biomedical engineering with a Bachelor’s Degree from Penn State University earned in 2016. McCulloch founded and served as CEO of Project Vive from 2012 to 2021, focusing on developing technology to aid individuals with nonverbal communication disabilities. Additionally, McCulloch has held roles as an electronics technician and videographer at Centroid CNC since 2021 and contributed as an undergraduate researcher in Dr. Justin Brown's Musculoskeletal Regenerative Engineering Research Lab at Penn State University from 2014 to 2016.
