Sai Shetty has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Sai is currently a Senior Vice President & Head of HR for Wealth Management & Institutional Equities at Centrum India since March 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Vice President & Head of HR for Edelweiss Global Investment Advisors at Edelweiss Financial Services Limited from May 2019 to January 2021. Sai also served as Vice President & Head of HR for Wholesale Capital Markets at the same company from January 2015 to April 2019. Before joining Edelweiss, Sai worked as an Assistant Vice President - HR at Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance from October 2012 to January 2015. Sai started their career as a Personnel Executive at Fleet Management Limited in May 2001 and later worked as a Business Associate at VCG Consulting from October 2005 to June 2007. Sai also has experience as a Senior Manager - HR at Hutchison Global Services Pvt.Ltd., where they were responsible for HR functions for multiple verticals of the UK geography from June 2007 to September 2012.

Sai Shetty has a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from Arts & Commerce College, Lonavala. They also have a Master's degree in Human Resources Development & Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS).
