Caroline Rapson

Caroline Rapson has extensive experience in the financial and mortgage sectors, currently serving as Director of Broker Relations and Director of Operations at CENTUM Financial Group Inc. since 2002, where additional responsibilities included managing franchise services. In parallel, Caroline holds the position of Vice President on the Board of Directors for the Mortgage Brokers Institute of British Columbia since July 2021. Previously, Caroline contributed as a Director for the Canadian Mortgage Brokers Association - British Columbia from 2016 to 2020 and worked as an Accountant for Century 21 Canada Limited Partnership from 1996 to 2007.
