Diane Kohler

Diane Kohler is the Manager of the Clinical Documentation Integrity Department at Centura Health. Diane has extensive experience in managing CDI teams, developing CDIP activities, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department. With a background as a Clinical Documentation Specialist at various healthcare facilities, Diane has a strong expertise in improving the quality and completeness of clinical documentation to ensure accurate reimbursement and reflect the acuity of the patient. Diane also has experience in peer review and practice management within the medical field. Diane holds an Associate of Science degree in Registered Nursing from Nassau Community College.
