Patrick Gaughan

Patrick Gaughan currently serves as the SVP and Chief Mission Officer at CommonSpirit Health, a position held since November 2018, where responsibility includes leading the organization's mission, values, and community health initiatives in collaboration with the President & CEO. Prior to this role, Patrick Gaughan was the System VP at Catholic Health Initiatives from July 2006 to October 2018, overseeing national mission integration and developing strategies to uphold the organization's Catholic identity and ministerial leadership. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northern Illinois University and a nursing diploma from St. Anthony's School of Nursing, with additional studies at Xavier University.
