Phil Scott

Phil joined Centurion as the EGM of People & Culture in January 2021, having previously worked within the CFC Group at CAPE as head of HR & Safety, and a key member of the company’s Executive Leadership Team.

With over 15 years of Human Resources, Business and Management experience, Phil brings with him proven success in a number of senior positions with a demonstrated capability in driving organisational change, building high performing teams and executing strategic plans.

Phil’s diverse and extensive experience includes working within the Transport and Logistics industry for several years, where he worked across all areas of Human Resource Management, Compliance, Training & Safety.

As the EGM of People & Culture, Phil will manage the HR, HSEQ, Training and Indigenous Affairs teams, and lead the delivery of best practice solutions that empower the employees and leaders to deliver on organisational objectives.
